Richard Ferris, our Pastor/Teacher, is enthusiastic about following Christ. Richard encourages others to experience God's power for themselves by trusting Jesus in everyday ways. In his spare time you'll most likely find him gardening, playing with his kids, or at the gym. Richard is married to Fredda with three daughters: Michaela, Abby, and Kit. He is a graduate of Drexel University, Capital Bible Seminary, and received his doctorate in ministry from Dallas Theological Seminary.

Meade Baker is our Associate Pastor of Young Adults and Community. He loves gardening, guitar, rock climbing, C.S. Lewis, and can't dribble a basketball. Meade and Amy have been married for 10 years and have two kids, Manny and Aderyn. He is a graduate of Philadelphia Biblical University and Biblical Theological Seminary.

Sean Ahern, our Youth Director, leads middle and high school ministries here at FCC. He is passionate about serving students and helping them make the gospel come alive in their life. Sean is married to Bekah with three daughters: Kayla, Elizabeth and Sarah. He is a graduate of Eastern University and Drexel University.

Becki Smith joined FCC staff as our part time Kids Ministry Director in January 2011. She has a passion to help parents in their journey to shape their children's worldview according to the Bible. Becki has a background in education with teaching in public schools, a master degree of eduction and over ten years in various roles with an educational publisher. She is married to her high school sweetheart, Brad, and they have two beautiful daughters: Emily and Heather--both active participants in the FaithKids Ministry.  In her "spare" time she rambles about life and food on her blog.
